Конечно, иногда бывает трудно. Но клиенты тебя ждут и понимают, что в пандемию ты носишься. В принципе, с уважением относятся. В карантин люди до 120 тысяч зарабатывали. С новой ставкой стало интереснее работать. Тебе платят и за километры, и за заказ.
В какой-то момент очень многим аннулировали цифровые пропуска. Я поехал сдавать анализы на ковид, вернулся, а меня спрашивают, действует ли мой пропуск. В Delivery хотели помочь, писали: «Ребята, посмотрите, у кого пропуск аннулирован, зайдите на сайт, введите свои данные, и все у вас получится». Данные только через день удалось ввести, потому что на портале был сбой. Наклепали мне три штрафа по 5000 рублей за перемещение без пропуска. В итоге я ничего не успел: надо было сначала в дорожную инспекцию, потом в суд. Пока разобрался, как написать заявление, пока собрал документы, прошло две недели. Суд мне отправил бумажки и сказал: «До свидания, вы опоздали». И все! Самое главное, что кого-то тогда оштрафовали, а кому-то повезло и их дела даже не рассматривали.

I studied law and was supposed to become an investigator, but a friend invited me to Moscow to reinstall the "Windows". At the time, the dollar was almost 23 rubles. I was euphoric: Moscow, money. I ended up coming to Delivery. I liked it so much! You sit in your car, pick up your order, take it away.
Of course, sometimes it can be difficult. But the customers wait for you and understand that you're running around in a pandemic. In principle, they treat you with respect. In quarantine, people used to earn up to 120,000. With the new rate it became more interesting to work. You get paid both for the kilometres and for the order.
At one point a lot of people got their digital passes cancelled. I went to get tested for covid, came back, and colleagues asked me if my pass was valid. Delivery wanted to help, they wrote: "Guys, look who has had their pass cancelled, go to the website, enter your data, and you'll be fine”. I could only enter their details one day later because the portal had failed. They gave me three fines of 5,000 rubles each for driving without a pass. In the end, I didn't get anything done: I had to go to the traffic inspectorate first and then to court. It took me two weeks to figure out how to write an application and collect the documents. The court sent me the papers and said: "Goodbye, you're too late". And that was it! The most important thing is that some people were fined at the time, while others were lucky and their cases were not even considered.
